You are able to request a refund from the date of purchase up until the date of the course, which means you can request a refund at any time before the course (elearning, virtual or in-person), however please see below for further details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If refund is requested within 14 days of purchase a full refund will be made. To be eligible for a full refund, you must not have attended our courses either virtually or in person and must not have accessed our elearning platform. If you have accessed our elearning platform we will prorate the refund for the time that our platform has been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a refund is requested after 14 days but up until 1 calendar week before for in person courses and 24 hours before virtual courses then a 2% administration fee will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a refund is requested within 1 calendar week for in person courses or 24 hours for a virtual course a partial refund will be made<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issues
Please inspect your receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or unclear, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will notify you once we\u2019ve have approved or not your return\/refund. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
