Hands on Neonatal and Paediatric Echocardiography Course

A 2 day Hands On Echocardiography course which includes theory and hands on experience with real children

This is a Basic Plus Hands on Paediatric Echo Course with experienced faculty that will benefit paediatric, neonatal, PICU and Emergency Paediatrics trainees and consultants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and cardiac sonographers who have recently commenced or intend to commence performing echocardiograms on neonates and children. This hands on echo course aims to provide hands on experience with real children in paediatric echocardiography under supervision.

You will have access to recordings of the lectures including a copy of the presentations and additional pre-course theory lectures on our online learning platform for a period of 3 months after the course.

Tea/Coffee and lunch for both days is provided

BABYWORKS Simulator

For the first time ever on our course we will have 2 Babyworks simulator stations in addition to our usual 6 echocardiography stations with real children.

The simulator has been developed in collaboration with global paediatric and neonatal experts, including those at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.

It includes real patient cases and over 10,000 pathology variations.

  • Video quizzes delivered to the delegates with answers and explanation
